Ayam Goreng Tepung Berperisa

5-6 Ayam Drumsticks - wash and drain

To blend into a paste:
Garlic
Ginger
Curry Leaves
Turmeric
Onion/shallots
Lemongrass
Briyani powder, cili powder if you prefer hot
Salt to taste

Enough oil for frying

Enough glutinous flour for coating

Method:-
Chicken drumstick marinate with blended paste and rest for 1-3 hours.

Heat up wok with enough hot oil.

Marinated chicken coat with glutinous flour, shake well access flour before deep frying.

Deep fried until cooked.  Serve with home made chili sauce or tomatoes sauce.
