Japanese Tofu Butter Curry

Ingredients:
Japanese Tofu cut into small pieces then coat with corn flour and curry powder, deep fried until brown, leave aside

Coating - mixed together:
Corn flour
Chicken Curry Powder

Stir-fry:
Garlic - minced
Cili api / Red Chillies - cut into small cube
Curry Leaves
Egg yolks
Fresh milk
Butter

Sauce:
Oyster Sauce
Chicken curry powder
Water a little
Salt if necessary
